'WFI chief Brij Bhushan kept his hotel room open, made women players uncomfortable': CWG Silver medallist Anshu Malik
Indian sports on Wednesday was rocked by serious allegations of sexual harassment and intimidation by the country’s leading women wrestlers, Vinesh Phogat and Sakshi Malik, who jointly accused BJP MP and wrestling federation (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of sexually exploiting several women grapplers at national camps for years. Targeting Singh, CWG medalist Anshu Malik said, “The WFI president during that match decided to stay on the same floor and across the room from the junior girls. Brij Bhushan would leave his door open, making the girls uncomfortable.”
