When Signature View Apartments was built in 2010 in Delhi, potential buyers couldn't have imagined that their roofs would be collapsing just a few years in. There have been multiple instances where a part of the ceiling has collapsed or a portion of the balcony has given way. For over 300 families now, every day is a fight and a heartbreaking reminder of living in homes that have become deathtraps.
