Newly-wed couples in Andhra Pradesh and neighbouring states visited Simhachalam Temple in Visakhapatnam for worshiping Lord Varaha Narasimha before starting their blissful journey. The temple was opened for public partially in May this year after being closed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic but again closed due to the second wave of covid-19. Temple authorities have decided to restart free darshan for devotees after the covid-19 positivity rate remains low at 2%.
