Viral: Jodhpur doctor chains dog to his car, drags him around city, police registers case

In an extreme case of animal cruelty, a renowned doctor tied a dog to his car and mercilessly dragged it around the city on Sunday. A video of the incident, which went viral, shows the cosmetic and plastic surgeon driving the car while the chained dog struggles to keep pace with the vehicle. A case of cruelty against animals has been registered against the doctor.
