Verbal spat erupts between passengers and Air India staff over flight delay at Delhi airport

Passengers of a Mumbai-bound Air India flight and airline staff got into a verbal spat at Delhi airport. The incident took place on Tuesday night after the flight was delayed by over four hours. Flight took at 1.40am against its original scheduled time of 8.00pm. A passenger said that the airline was saying that the crew was on the way bit they were actually telling lies and "fooling" customers.
