Uttar Pradesh: Muslim man in Mathura forced to chant ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’

The Mathura police has booked a man and some unidentified people for allegedly hurting sentiments of a Muslim by abusing his community and forcing him to chant slogans of Bharat Mata Ki Jai in Farah area on Monday. A video of the incident went viral on social media, prompting the police to register an FIR under IPC sections 295-A. The purported video shows a Muslim man with a skull cap and beard is being asked to chant ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’. Three other persons are also visible in the video.
