Uttar Pradesh PWD minister Jitin Prasada visited Barabanki to take stock of flood-affected area. But, suddenly a man confronted him over power trips. He said that there was no electricity and it came barely two minutes before his arrival. The minister verbally assured him that he would look into it and walked off.
