U.S: Plane engine cover rips apart mid-air

A Boeing 737-800 aircraft's engine cover blew-off mid-air and struck the wing flap. The aircraft of Southwest Airlines was bound for Houston, but returned safely to Denver International Airport. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) confirmed that the aircraft lost its engine cover mid-air. The FAA announced a probe into the incident. Recorded Air Traffic Control audio revealed that passengers and flight attendants heard a loud sound on the wing.
