Rajasthan Results 2023: Close contest in desert state, BJP slightly ahead of Congress

The initial trends showed that BJP is ahead of Congress in Rajasthan. In Adarsh Nagar constituency, Congress' Rafiq Khan is ahead in the first round. As many as 1,862 candidates are in the fray for 199 seats. The assembly elections were held in a single phase in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Telangana and Mizoram.
