Nikki Haley is trying to challenge former US President Donald Trump on her home turf in South Carolina. With two weeks to go before the South Carolina Republican primary, Trump is also looking to diminish Haley's chances to the nomination. Haley criticized Trump as erratic and self-absorbed, lacking focus on the people. She highlighted Trump's influence over the GOP while citing recent pressure on lawmakers.
