In Moscow, India’s External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar warned against tariff and non-tariff barriers while addressing the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission. Against the backdrop of Trump’s new penalty tariffs on India, Jaishankar stressed lessons from recent economic crises, the need for dependable partners, and urged swift conclusion of a Free Trade Agreement with the Eurasian bloc.
