King Charles III coronation: Westminster Abbey ready for the ceremony

King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla are set to be crowned at Westminster Abbey in London, with a ‘slimmed-down’ ceremony attended by 2,000 guests, including world leaders, royals and celebrities. Ahead of the event, the King and his elder son Prince William, along with Kate Middleton, greeted well-wishers near Buckingham Palace. The coronation marks a historic moment for the country, with King Charles III taking on the role after the passing of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
