After Indian armed forces pounded nine terror sites in Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir (PoK) and Pakistan, heavy exchange of fire erupted on the Line of Control. Ceasefire violations by Pakistan were reported across several locations in Jammu and Kashmir, prompting a retaliation by Indian forces.
