Glasgow gurdwara hits out at British Sikh activists for blocking Indian high commissioner's visit
The Glasgow gurdwara criticised Sikh activists for stopping the Indian High Commissioner to the UK, Vikram Doraiswami, from entering Gurudwara on September 29. Doraiswami was due to attend a function at the Gurdwara Guru Granth Sahib Sikh Sabha Glasgow. Three radical Sikh activists barged up and tried to open the door. Sikh Youth UK had posted a video of the incident on Instagram. "Doraiswami had been on a personal visit and that the gurdwara strongly condemns such disorderly behaviour," Glasgow gurdwara said in a statement.
