EU outlines a five-point plan of 'massive' sanctions on Russia

The President of the European Commission,Ursula von der Leyen has outlined a fresh wave of sanctions against Russia's President Vladimir Putin, following a series of attacks which took place in the early hours of February 24. She commented that the severe sanctions, which will affect 70% of Russia's banking, show a ‘united' European Union'.
