People are seeing a Doge icon, the dog, which you might have seen in the memes in the last few years, replacing Twitter's bird logo. The image of the Shiba Inu dog, commonly associated with the meme-inspired cryptocurrency Dogecoin, has replaced the blue bird logo on Twitter's homepage and loading screen, as pointed out by multiple users. So, Twitter's homepage icon is not the blue bird anymore but rather a dog. As usual, Musk tweeted an image trying to get some laughs at the change.
