Ahead of Rajasthan polls, Vasundhara Raje makes strong pitch for development under PM Modi

Raje’s birthday is on March 8, but since that day coincides with the Holi festival, public celebration of the former CM’s birthday has been fixed for March 4. BJP sources said the party’s central leadership would keep a tab on MLAs and state leaders attending Raje’s birthday celebration in Churu while skipping the party’s official programme of protest rally in Jaipur. At the gathering, Raje said, "Under the leadership on PM Modi and guidance of JP Nadda, I will be the torch bearer of this ideology of development in Rajasthan."
