Images online depicted extensive damage, including blown-out windows, destroyed balconies, and piles of rubble in the street. Emergency teams navigated through holes in the building's facade to search for survivors and assess the damage. Kharkiv Governor Oleh Synehubov, in a Telegram post, revealed that S-300 missiles were involved in the strike at around 10:30 p.m. local time.
