UP-RERA: E-auction of unsold flats to recover dues from builders

In Uttar Pradesh, there will be major relief to aggrieved homebuyers of Noida, Greater Noida, Yamuna Expressway and Ghaziabad. UP-RERA will now E-auction unsold flats to refund homebuyers facing delayed possession or other legal issues. They are planning to set-up a website to carry out e-auctions of unsold flats to recover financial dues from builders. According to UP-RERA, there are 660 cases in Gautam Budh Nagar, while 200 cases are in Ghaziabad. To know more watch Property Matters
