Famous for its beaches, Thiruvanmiyur is a well-established residential locality in South Chennai. It is of late attracting a lot of real estate buyers owing to its proximity to the IT belts of Taramani and OMR. One of the vital water sources for Chennai, the Adyar River, is also located close by.
