Dhoni thinks one-step ahead of others: Lalchand Rajput

Lalchand Rajput, Coach 2007 T20 World Cup Winning Team, heaps praise on Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who announced his retirement from international cricket yesterday. Dhoni was made captain for the first time in that tournament while Rajput was made coach for the first time in the 2007 T20 World Cup. Rajput said that he and Dhoni made one thing very sure that the dressing room atmosphere should be lively, nobody should take any pressure and we should go out and express ourselves on the field. The former Indian coach also said that MS Dhoni always backed his players and thinks one-step ahead of others.
