World's 'heaviest' woman Eman Ahmed dies in Abu Dhabi

Eman Ahmed, formerly the 'heaviest' woman in the world, passed away at 4.35am on Sept 25. Eman died at the Burjeel Hospital in Abu Dhabi due to complications from comorbid conditions. She had a heart disease and kidney dysfunction, according to medical experts. She also has been suffering from a rare thyroid condition since childhood. The Egyptian national earlier weighed 500kg. She lost about 330 Kg after undergoing weight-loss surgery in Mumbai's Saifee hospital
