World looks at India with expectations: TN Governor RN Ravi at 165th convocation of Madras University

Governor of Tamil Nadu RN Ravi addressed the 165th convocation of Madras University on August 06 where he called the graduating students fortunate enough to be graduating at a time when India is experiencing comprehensive transformation. Speaking further, he said that in the present time, India is no longer looked like a poor and transforming country, in fact today the world looks at India with expectations.
