A woman in Chhatisgarh says she was raped by the nephew of the state's home minister Ramsewak Paikra. The woman claims that the accused promised to marry her and made sexual relations on that pretext. However, once she got pregnant, he first tried to get an abortion done, but when that didn't work out, he abandoned her. Acting on the complaint of the woman, an FIR has been registered by the cops. The matter is being probed and action will be taken accordingly say the police.
