While reacting on the Anantnag encounter, Uddhav Thackeray faction leader Priyanka Chaturvedi said that her party will oppose the India-Pakistan cricket match at Narendra Modi Stadium. Priyanka Chaturvedi heavily criticised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP and stated, "The Anantnag terror attack is very disheartening, but when all of this was happening, BJP was celebrating at New Delhi headquarters…If India vs. Pakistan match takes place, we will strongly oppose it,” she added.
