The rescuer was left aghast when he found out that the cobra he had rescued had laid 3 eggs. The snake was rescued from Chandrasekharpur area in Bhubaneswar. He brought the snake back and facilitated the egg laying. The cobra was filmed while it laid 23 eggs. The mother was then released into its natural habitat, while the eggs were kept for artificial incubation.
