ITBP team moved cross country on a mountain slope to reach the Murenda natural lake formed by glacier burst in Chamoli, Uttarakhand. ITBP team carried out the recce and are now developing a helipad. They also cleared the logs and other obstacles at the front of Murenda natural lake. They also established a base camp at Murenda.
