Watch: Auto-rickshaws flout HC order in Chandigarh

Despite orders from Punjab and Haryana High Courts to remove auto-rickshaws from under the flyover of Chandigarh’s Zirakpur to make it a traffic-free zone, auto-rickshaw drivers continue to violate court directions. Drivers park their autos and other vehicles under the bridge that results in traffic jams creating huge inconvenience to motorists and pedestrians.
