Uttar Pradesh police have arrested three miscreants for looting buffalo from a dairy in Muzaffarnagar. The police has recovered six buffaloes, two guns and a cartridge from the miscreants. An encounter broke out between miscreants and police. Two miscreants and a Sub-Inspector and a constable have also been injured.
