US has right to sail international waters: USS commander

The commander of the USS Ronald Reagan - involved in the intercept of Russian warplanes this week - said the US will continue to navigate international waters, following Chinese anger over the sailing of a US destroyer close to artificial islands built by Beijing in the South China Sea.
