UP governor questions ‘timing’ of writers returning their awards

Uttar Pradesh governor Ram Naik questioned the 'timing' of writers returning their Sahitya Akademi awards. He said that people have the freedom to express their opinion in a 'democratic India', but maintained that these writers should think if their actions are right or wrong.
