Union Minister Nitin Gadkari inspects Dwarka Expressway site

Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari inspected Dwarka Expressway site on May 18. Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vinay Kumar Saxena accompanied him to the Dwarka Expressway site.Dwarka Expressway, India’s first elevated urban expressway, is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 10,000 crore, as part of the Delhi decongestion plan. Dwarka Expressway starts near Shiv Murti on NH-8 and terminates near Kherki Daula Toll Plaza on NH-8. The total length of Dwarka Expressway is 29 km, out of which 18.9 km length falls in Haryana, while the remaining 10.1 km is in Delhi.
