Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat slams Gandhis for allegedly 'misleading' farmers over the Farm Laws

Union Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat slammed the Gandhis namely Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi for allegedly 'misleading' farmers over the Farm Laws. He said that they cannot differentiate between the yearlings of a goat and sheep. He claims if the Gandhis can identify a crop by its leaves, he would leave politics. Relevantly, the three farm bills - the Farmer's Produce Trade and Commerce (Promotion and Facilitation) Bill, 2020, the Farmers (Empowerment and Protection) Agreement of Price Assurance and Farm Services Bill, 2020 and the Essential Commodities (Amendment) Bill, 2020 - were passed by Parliament recently. Subsequently, President Ram Nath Kovind gave his assent to the bills.
