Union Sports Minister Anurag Thakur met Gunilla Lindberg, the secretary general of the Association of National Olympic Committees in Mumbai. Anurag Thakur said that the inclusion of cricket in the Olympics can be a new start and new hopes have arisen from this. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the 141st International Olympic Committee (IOC) session here and said India is eager to host the Olympics in the country.
