Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman reached the finance ministry ahead of today's Union Budget. This is for the first time that the Budget will be presented paperless. The digital-only Budget will start at 11 am today. A 'Union Budget Mobile App' was already launched by FM Sitharaman that will allow hassle-free access to Budget documents. This is also the first budget after the deadly coronavirus gripped the world last year.
