Three civilians were killed and seven houses destroyed in a suspected militant attack on Loibol Khullen village in Manipur's Kangpokpi district. Kuki organisations alleged that armed militants attacked the village before dawn, killing a husband, wife and another resident. The incident comes amid the prolonged ethnic conflict that has gripped Manipur since May 2023. Kuki groups have demanded an immediate investigation, enhanced security measures and swift action against those responsible. Police have not yet issued an official statement. Watch
