Telangana: 700 girl students use 1 toilet at govt college, High Court pulls up top official

Shocked by the conditions in a Saroornagar government junior college for girls in Saroornagar having as many as 700 students but without toilets, Telangana high court on Thursday directed chief secretary A Santhi Kumari and school education principal secretary to list out the number of educational institutions running under them and facilities they have along with the steps taken to improve the conditions.
