Suspended TMC Leader Riju Dutta Praises Bengal CM Suvendu Adhikari For Preventing Post-Poll Violence

Suspended TMC spokesperson Riju Dutta praised West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari for preventing large-scale post-poll violence after the murder of his close aide Chandranath Rath. Dutta claimed that if Adhikari had called for revenge, thousands of TMC workers could have been attacked. Instead, he appealed for peace and restraint. Dutta also described Adhikari as one of India’s most accomplished politicians and said he deserved to become Bengal’s Chief Minister. He further apologised for any past personal attacks made against the BJP leader. Watch
