SIT lawyer says capital punishment justified as Gulbarg crime 'rarest of rare'

Special public prosecutor of SIT in Gulbarg case, RC Kodekar told the special court that capital punishment for the 24 convicted was justified as the Gulbarg massacre crime was the 'rarest of the rare'.
