Congress guaranty is fake guaranty, Congress party self warranty is expired so their guaranty is like Chinese guaranty which is fake. Congress promises or guaranty in Karnataka, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan seems to be fake as no promises have been fulfilled till now. Even the top most family of Congress gave guaranty for 'Gareebi hatao' even that was not fulfilled, says Shehzaad Poonawalla.
