Railgate row: CBI tapes hint Bansal assured Kumar of posting

Suspended member of Railway Board Mahesh Kumar, who is the main accused in "Railgate", claimed that former railway minister Pawan Bansal had assured him of elevation to Member (Electrical) in the Board, according to telephone conversations taped by the CBI.
