Punjab: Protesters vandalise Congress MP’s car over non-payment of dues

Breaching the security cover, a handful of protesters including some women gheraoed Ludhiana Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu and vandalised his car The protesters alleged that the MP has not paid a long pending bill of publicity material prepared for his campaign during the last Lok Sabha elections, a charge denied by Bittu.
