Punjab govt's move to denotify SYL land illegal, alleges Bhupinder Singh Hooda

Former Haryana chief minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said Punjab government's decision to denotify the land acquired for Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal project was not only ‘illegal’ but against the spirit of ‘federal structure’.
