This eco-friendly fabric is created by collecting used plastic bottles, crushing and melting them, adding color, and transforming them into yarn. This innovative process significantly reduces emissions throughout various stages of production. It is worth noting that this isn't the first time PM Modi has sported a recycled plastic bottle jacket. He previously wore a sleeveless sky-blue Nehru jacket in Parliament, gifted to him by the IOC, also made from recycled materials. PM Modi's visit to Japan for the G7 summit came at the invitation of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida. After the summit in Hiroshima, PM Modi departed for Papua New Guinea on May 21, where he will be greeted by the Prime Minister of Papua New Guinea upon his arrival in Port Moresby.
