PM Modi receives ‘UNEP Champions of the Earth’ award

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday received United Nations’ highest environmental honour (UN Environment Programme) ‘UNEP Champions of the Earth’ 2018 award at Pravasi Bharatiya Kendra the national capital. The award was presented to PM Modi by UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres. The leaders are conferred with the honourable award for their contribution in impacting the environment positively.
