While addressing a public rally in Belagavi of Karnataka, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Feb 27 said that the agriculture budget increased five times in his regime. “Since, 2014 country’s agriculture sector is moving towards a positive change. BJP govt is connecting agriculture with advancement. The sector is being prepared for the future. In 2014, the agriculture budget was 25,000 crores. This year, our agriculture budget is over 1,25,000 crores. It has increased 5 folds,” said the PM.
