Pithoragarh: Villagers dependent on rations from China as state govt supplies often don’t reach them in time

Villagers in Byas valley of Dharchula in Pithoragarh district are dependent on rice, oil and other daily essentials sourced from China via Nepal route since the rations supplied by the state government are often not able to reach these places on time.
