Jammu and Kashmir still facec militancy and god knows what will happen in future, said National Conference chief Farooq Abdullah during Parliamentary Outreach Programme for the Empowerment of Panchayati Raj Institutions of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. “We still face militancy and God knows what will happen in the future. Therefore, one of the most important things that we need to look after is the security of panchayat members because they are the first target,” said Farooq Abdullah.
