'Pakistan declared Wani a martyr under pressure'

Pakistan declared Hizbul commander Burhan Wani as a "martyr" and July 19 as black day because it came under emotional pressure from the public, Riaz Hussain Khokhar, former foreign secretary of Pakistan said.
