Ordinances not to bypass Parliament: Arun Jaitley

Defending the Modi government's decision to issue a number of ordinances, finance minister Arun Jaitley said on Tuesday that there was nothing wrong in issuing ordinances. "Previous governments have also passed ordinances," Arun Jaitley said in Rajya Sabha.
